Vineyard Notes
2024 was a warm and dry vintage which affected yields but helped maintain a high quality of flavor and aroma development. Towards the end of the vintage the vines started to exhibit signs of draught stress concentrating sugars, tannin and acid.
Production Notes
Our Sauvignon Blanc is fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve the aromatics.

Our site lends itself to an old world style of grape growing and winemaking. This Sauvignon Blanc is an ode to Sancerre, which tends to be more refined and less opulent than some of the new world Sauvignon Blancs you find from NZ.
