Tasting Notes
The nose opens with a vibrant fusion of apple crumble and peach blossom, that is both luscious and inviting. On the palate, the wine unfolds with the crisp, tart brightness of white pear, and Dulce de Leche
Vineyard Notes
2024 was a warm and dry vintage which affected yields but helped maintain a high quality of flavor and aroma development. Towards the end of the vintage the vines started to exhibit signs of drought stress concentrating sugars, tannin and acid.
Production Notes
Fermented in stainless steel tanks then racked to neutral French oak for 6 months in barrel prior to bottling.
