The 2023 vintage was warm and very dry, making it an exceptional growing season. The yields were down slightly owing to smaller berries with much more concentraion of flavor.
Our Chardonnay was fermented and aged in stainless steel. We stirred the wine monthly using a sparging stone and nirtogen to enhance mouth feel and soften the acidity.
