The 2023 vintage was warm and very dry, making it an exceptional growing season. The yields were down slightly owing to smaller berries with much more concentraion of flavor.
This wine is a blend of Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc. Made in the Charmat method it expresses bright tropical fruit, and a creaminess well balanced with carbonation.
